The much anticipated movie, "The Lone Ranger," starring Johnny Depp and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and filmmaker Gore Verbinski has been scrapped. Yup, production is shut down. These are the same three fellas behind the "Pirates" franchise. According to Deadline.com, the estimated budget for "The Lone Ranger" ($250 million) was way too much for Disney to handle.
Now, these dudes are trying to figure out what's next after the shock wears off.
