Phelps Redux

Due to Michael Phelps's latest run in with a bong (that was photographed anyway), if you have no idea what I'm talking about, see earlier blog. Kelloggs is not renewing Phelp's contract and he was suspended from the USA Swimming for three months, according to the New York Times.

Does anyone care about this anymore? Does anyone think this is getting blown (literally) way out of proportion?

Uber "perfect" or so we thought, multi-medal swimmer and phenom Michael Phelps finds himself in a bit of a smoke cloud...that cloud being called, marijuana. According to Fox Sports on MSN, a British newspaper got a hold of a picture of Phelps bonging it, while at a party at the University of South Carolina.

Hmm wonder what's going to happen with those endorsements? Perhaps he will be the poster boy for making mary jane legal...
