Debris Falls From Texas Sky

The FAA is investigating reports of debris falling from the sky in Texas. Some believe it to be a satellite collision, while some bystanders thought it looked like a fireball in the sky. For more on this story from MSNBC, click here.

Cheney and Gonzales

VP Cheney and former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales have been indicted on state charges involving federal prisons in a South Texas county, The Associated Press reports. Alberto used his political influence to halt an investigation in abuses, at a private-run prison in '06. Cheney is charged with being apart of organized criminal activity (ya know like someone who might be in the MOB) with Vanguard, a company that has a financial stake in private prison companies.
