The festivities of blackness kicks off in New Orleans this weekend, July 1st-July 3rd. Those performing include: Kanye West, Usher, Mary J. Blige, Chaka Khan, Jill Scott, Boyz II Men, Trey Songz and Jennifer Hudson.
