Turns Out Harry Potter Needed A Little Pick Me Up

Looks like fame was a bit too much that even a spell couldn't cure. According to People, who got their info from GQ, Daniel Radcliffe admits to coping with an alcohol problem that got so bad on the set of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, that it became a serious issue. He was happy no paparazzi shots were taken of him drinking whiskey as he felt like he would have been in deep shit. He is working on his sobriety and continues to do things to keep it in check since being sober last summer. For example, he blew off the premiere party of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, to avoid temptations. So instead he went home and watched the Discovery Channel and ate a bowl of Sugar Puffs. Oh Daniel, you have to be careful with those sugar-coated cereals man... talk about addiction!

Lohan Saved Once Again

Lindsay will not have to serve jail time because she only had to do alcohol and drug testing from January 3rd to February 25th of this year. Since the test she took and tested positive for happened after that time period, Lohan is free to live in her Venice home and not a jail cell.

However Judge Sautner did lay down some more rules while Lindsay is serving her house arrest sentence and they are as follows:

No parties at her home
Members of her family can hang at her house but only 1 friend at a time is allowed to

So it seems this girl is free to do some druggin and drinkin whenever she feels like it...

Lohan Is Back...

Yes, Lindsay Lohan is due back in court today for a possible violation of her probation. What did she do this time? Lindsay failed to pass an alcohol test earlier this month according to TMZ.

After given the test twice, she passed one of two for alcohol and past both tests for drugs. Lindsay is due back in LA County Superior Court this morning. Stay tuned for more details.
