Does anyone think OJ's sentencing was a bit excessive? Let us all remember he is a first time offender. For a recap of what went down with OJ click here.
This question was posed on The View today and in View fashion, the answer left me confused, as I am not sure I ever heard one of them say yes or no. Well Joy did say, I don't know.
What does suck about this video is this was the only one I could find, it is too long but gets to my point as soon as you press play.

The Juice Has Expired, For Now
OJ, aka The Juice, has been sentenced to at least 15 years in jail according to CNN. Simpson got into a bit of a mishap, armed robbery to be exact, in Vegas awhile back trying to remove sports stuff from a hotel room that he claimed is his. Please click here for a recap.
Here's the thing, either he is sentenced to 15 years or he is not. How can you at least be sentenced to anything?

OJ Found Guilty
Shortly before 11PM last night, the Las Vegas jury reached a verdict of guilty on all 12 counts for The Juicer including armed robbery and kidnapping. Honestly, I do not see how any juror could not think about the publicized murder trial he faced 13 years ago to yesterday's exact date. OJ could face life in prison on the kidnapping charge alone. Even if the judge does not throw the book at him, the minimum time to serve on that charge is 13 years. OJ is 61 years old. Simpson's lawyer, Yale Galanter, argued that the investigators targeted Simpson and filed overblown charges and that there was no criminal intent. Yale is appealing the verdict. OJ is scheduled to be sentenced on December 5th, and will remain in the county jail until then.
I am sure the judge and the jurors will have book deals before this week is over. Do you feel OJ got a fair trial?
