Post Emmy®
We were so wrong on so many of our winner picks yesterday. However, we were not wrong on "Modern Family" taking the big win. We thought the "Modern Family" actors would win in their respective supporting cateogories, we just had the wrong actors. It went to Julie Bowen and Ty Burrell. Yay!
We were so so happy when Melissa McCarthy won best lead actress in a comedy series for Mike & Molly. We LOVE her! "Bridesmaids" anyone? Duh.
Charlie Sheen showing up was great. Perhaps awkward for some but we like awkward. We bet Chuck Lorre and the producers over at "Two and a Half Men" were shitting bricks when Charlie first came out to present. He was very humble and again, CHARMING. He also received many claps.
See what some stars are doing on Life After Emmy®.

Beyoncé Hits Up NY Fashion Week With Solange
She attended the J. Crew presentation and the UNICEF event after the show.
As you can see, Beyoncé is still pregnant and Solange didn't change her outfit for the UNICEF event. She was like, I look good enough, shoot. We don't blame you girl. Let's leave those quick changes to your sister and Diana Ross.

They gab a lot. However if you want to see what we're talking about, check it at the 3:00 mark.

Jennifer Lopez Flies With The Coop
Recently separated and going through a divorce Lopez, met up with actor Bradley Cooper at Per Se restaurant in New York this past Saturday according to US Weekly. A host at the restaurant, who probably can't afford to eat at their own job considering an entrée runs $295 per-person, spilled the beans saying, "It was just the two of them." The host also added, "People come here for privacy." Well, so much for that.
We love how this is being speculated in the media and on blogs like this was some kind of date yet there's no photos. They allegedly spent about two hours having a "romantic-looking" meal. You mean to tell us in that amount of time, nobody could get a photo? Get on your job PR. You guys can do better than that. Plus we want to know what a "romantic-looking" meal looks like.
At least the word "canoodling" wasn't used to describe their "alleged" encounter.
Here is a recent photo of the couple sitting front row at the Tommy Hilfiger fashion show during fashion week. Hmm, from the looks of this photo, perhaps they just felt each other up moments ago and the result was unsatisfactory. Take that. We can speculate too.

Serena Wiliams: Sore Loser?
Superstar tennis player Serena Williams "loses her cool" and the U.S. Open yesterday to Aussie tennis player, Samantha Stosur.
Here is a clip of the entire set that's making the news:
At 1:48 and 2:53 you will see this "tirade" the media is talking about. She seemed composed to us.
Also, what's with the point going to the Aussie cause Williams screamed after hitting the ball back to her opponent. Don't they all?
The sport produces orgasmic sounds from its' players. Just throwing that out there. We know it has nothing to do with this story. We just wanted to use the word "orgasmic" this morning.

NFL And ESPN: Make A Deal
(Courtesy: National Football League)
According to Reuters, the NFL and ESPN reached a huge deal just in time for the beginning of the 2011 season. The deal that was reached? A $15 billion dollar one for "Monday Night Football." This extends the contract by 8 years to 2021. This comes to about $1.9 billion a year.
What does ESPN get in return? The rights to the Pro Bowl, the rights to 500 plus hours of NFL-branded studio programming, 3-D distribution, Spanish and international broadcasts, the NFL draft and 17 regular season NFL games.
NFL Commissioner, Roger Goodell said, "The long-term nature of this is the result not only of a successful partnership (with ESPN) but also the ability to reach a long-term agreement with our players. "This will be beneficial to the players, our league and our fans."
Let's hope so Goodell. People get greedy, amnesia sets in and lockouts happen. Make GOOD on this quote GOODell.
